I do believe that Tweak is in fact a Big Sister figure for the Octonauts! She does seem to give off a big sis vibe at times. I even refer to her as Tweak-Onechan! (That's Big Sister Tweak in Japanese!) And she truly is a Tensai! (A Genius!)
